Today, the company is led by Owners/Partners Erika Davenport and Alicia Cooper, whose combined expertise in operations, compliance, human resources, asset management, and multi‑family housing has shaped WRS into a trusted leader in the industry.

Erika brings over 27 years of experience in property management, including senior leadership roles overseeing daily operations, asset management, policy development, and owner relations. Her background spans Tax Credit, Bond, Section 8, Conventional Housing, training, marketing, and advertising — giving WRS a deep operational foundation.

Alicia contributes nearly 20 years of experience in compliance, HR, and organizational management. She built WRS’s HR department from the ground up, strengthened company‑wide compliance practices, and now oversees daily operations, financial management contributions, and long‑term strategic planning. Her leadership has helped cultivate a people‑focused, high‑integrity culture.

Together, Erika and Alicia lead a team dedicated to full‑service property management for multi‑unit apartment communities — including tenant placement, maintenance coordination, rent collection, financial reporting, and lease management. Their approach blends cutting‑edge technology with personal, hands‑on service.
